We visited Silver Spring, Maryland last weekend, and discovered a great dive bar/restaurant there called Quarry House Tavern. Their tagline: beer. burgers. basement. All true. As sweet as Tupelo Honey…
In July we had a fabulous time in Asheville, North Carolina, and one of best places we ate was the Tupelo Honey Cafe in downtown Asheville. Go Pitt!
Recently we visited Kira at the University of Pittsburgh. It was a gorgeous early spring weekend. I just love, love the Cathedral of Learning at Pitt.
